It is a common misconception that failure is not a two-way street. This presentation is geared towards the entire dental treatment team. The end goal is happy outcomes for the patient, end point! The blame game is too late for the patient, and in a sense this is a failure of the entire team. Communication can help eliminate bad outcomes and this presentation is all about how this can be done well, efficiently and most important with outcomes in mind.
